The repair was timely and I was provided loaner transportation while the repair was being made. I am a fairly regular customer; I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer, instead of a source of revenue. My service appointments have been satisfactory or better. And management personnel like Mr. Chong make dreaded repairs and servicing a tolerable experience. More

Dropped off vehicle for first service. I live an hour and a half away. So planned on waiting for the service they said would take two hours. 5 hours later my car still had not been touched I live an hour and a half away. So planned on waiting for the service they said would take two hours. 5 hours later my car still had not been touched. They sent me home in a rental and said they’d call me the next day when it was finished. I explained I how far I lived and would miss work another day. Hoping this isn’t the case every time I have the vehicle serviced. More
