I told the dealer I was waiting and they said to make an early appointment. I was there at 730 and it took them 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change. I got a text to check on the status with Derrick. I am a first-time customer. Overall everything was excellent. I had an issue with Kim Caleo not understanding that I didn’t want new tires yesterday. I am not sure how it happened and feel fortunate that while talking to another staff member her misunderstanding came to light.
