Two hours and 15 minutes for a brake fluid flush In fairness the mechanic did give my car a basic checkup . My car had a basic wash also . Ash is one of BMW’s specialists , I believe they call the Genius. He would make an amazing sales specialist as he has a wonderful disposition and can answer any questions you may have regarding your present or future BMW. More

Communications was terrible. Customer had to reach out multiple times to obtain status of vehicle and etc of repair Advisor Rafeal was helpful but he was also out with covid. Customer service was terrible. Our service advisor Lucy was a nightmare. We waited a half hour after dropping our car off and no one saw us. We wound up seeking her out where she notified she wasn’t ready for us. We wound up speaking with someone else and leaving. The quote they gave me for my ac repair was $1500 more than another dealership quoted me. Just a terrible experience overall and will never take either of my 2 bmws there. More
