I have been using the BMW service department for 3 years. The employees have been great to deal with and very professional. Derek Thomas who is our service manager is probably the best I have dealt with in a The employees have been great to deal with and very professional. I feel confident that he is honest and not trying to oversell things that don’t need to be done. He is also the most customer focused service manager bar none.
