Had to make 2 visits as the problem was not corrected the first visit. The 2nd visit included a ride along and a service video. The first visit almost felt like the car was not even looked at. Terrible place. I waited 2 hours with no word about my oil change. I texted Dale asking what was wrong. He did not respond. After 2.5 hours I called him and he did n I waited 2 hours with no word about my oil change. I texted Dale asking what was wrong. He did not respond. After 2.5 hours I called him and he did not answer. Then I wen looking for my car. It was parked outside and was washed. I asked the person who waved it How long ago did you do that?” He would not give ma straight answer. I then asked to get my car and they could not find Dale. I got the paper from someone else and finally left 2 and 3/4 hours later for a simple “10,000 mile” oil change. I did have an appointment. I have never had worse treatment at any dealership in my entire life. If I had not gone looking for my car I could have been there even longer. More
