Found James very cooperative and low key which is a good thing in a car salesman. Also found finance person helpful. The whole process took three hours from my arrival until car was ready to go. Think I should have been warned about that and we could have started earlier than the 2pm time I was given. As it was I missed my 4pm meeting and was late to my 6:15pm dinner reservation. More
