Had an appointment for 3 PM and waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. Service advisor said the cabin air filter would be changed and as far as I see on the papers and video, it was not changed. 5 hours for an oil change. Pete the sales manager greeted us at the dealership and asked what car we were interested in looking at and explained that a new x5hybrid just came on to the lot. He hooked us up with the sales person Davi asked what car we were interested in looking at and explained that a new x5hybrid just came on to the lot. He hooked us up with the sales person David who was great. Jj and finance person also treated us very well. We drove the X5 and worked out a purchase price. I adored my BMW x3-m40i BUT two years of BMW service took the joy out of it. Two hours for an oil change after 1/2 hours waiting to be ‘checked in.’ You check in outside then again inside. Everything was pleasant with one exception. The time between closing the deal and waiting for and finishing the paperwork was close to two hours where I signed my name nearly forty times.
