This is not your typical car dealership, nor is it the typical experience. They have a comprehension for customer service and overall experience that I have never experienced at a car dealership previously. Loved Luis, horrible financing manager Luis was awesome and took great care of us. He got the deal we wanted and stayed in constant contact. The finance manager did not listen at all, had Luis was awesome and took great care of us. He got the deal we wanted and stayed in constant contact. The finance manager did not listen at all, had us waiting for over an hour, and was SO salesy! We clearly communicated that we did not want any of their warranties, were exhausted, and our kids were hungry, and he still went through ever option in depth. Not cool. We also briefly worked with another salesperson at this dealership and "fired" him right away. He was super manipulative and wouldn't work with us at all. So if you go, look up Luis and dont let the finance guy waste your time! More
