Knowing the issue might require time to diagnose, Judy promptly got me into a loaner car and had me on my way. By late afternoon, the issue had been identified and corrected. Judy is another fine addition to an excellent dealership. I also am pleased that, at the advice of Finance Manager Jesus Castillo in 2017, I had purchased the Platinum Warranty, under which this repair was covered. More

I dropped off my X1 on a Saturday. Since I thought my car was going to be ready the next day, I left my work badge in the car. There was a part they still needed so I could pick up my car on Sunday. It was going to take several days for the part to arrive. I called first thing Monday morning to ask if there was anyway I could have my work badge delivered to me. I work for the school board and I go to several schools every day. For security reasons I must have the badge. Loraine, went out of her way to help me get the badge. She found out that one of the service engineers, Carlos lives near me. She assured me I would get my badge that evening. Sure enough, after work Carlos delivered the badge to me.
