Mike Hughes the sales manager overseer the sale, and answered all my questions. The first day I went to the dealership to look at cars a friend brought me because I had no vehicle and it was late in the day. The next morning Russ came to pick me up to bring me down to purchase my BMW. This is going the extra mile that BMW of Sarasota does for their customers. Buying my BMW was a great experience. When the local Orlando dealership gave me problems and refused to rectify the situation to my satisfaction, Emilio had a car delivered to me from over 2 hours away to use while my car was being repaired. He even had a loaner car driven up to our daughter 2+ hours away when the local BM when buying our cars and when we needed something after the sale.
