Flat tired replacement I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the dealership and the tire was replaced by 3:30 the following day. I met with Derek the service advisor the morning of the repair and had a loaner ready to go for the day.
