Wonderful Service I wanted to buy or lease a car for my son. The sales manager connected me with Lisa, she was extremely knowledgeable not only about all the BMW’s, but I wanted to buy or lease a car for my son. The sales manager connected me with Lisa, she was extremely knowledgeable not only about all the BMW’s, but also the other cars I was considering. I appreciated her guidance and expertise. She worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a price that was fair and I was happy with. She was authentic in her gratitude to help us as a customer and I never felt mislead or pressured, but I also appreciated that they truly wanted me to leave that day with a car and worked with me to achieve that. I have been to other dealers in the past and really didn’t care about keeping me as a customer. More

Carlos is a true customer service pro My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me ho My contact Carlos couldn’t have been better. Due to my conflicts my appointment for my i3 had to be re-scheduled 3 times. No problem, Carlos got me hooked up with a time that finally worked. Got a rental for us promptly and we were on our way. With Carlos, most importantly, the communication was excellent, a rare accomplishment nowadays. All in all a fine experience and all the issues were under warranty which I also liked, out the door paying zero except for $10 for gas for the rental. More

High quality and amazing service! I really enjoyed having my BMW serviced here. My advisor was really kind and explained everything in a clear way. The car was not only serviced but a I really enjoyed having my BMW serviced here. My advisor was really kind and explained everything in a clear way. The car was not only serviced but also perfectly washed and cleaned. The only thing that bothered me was the attitude of an employee towards my kids. I had to go to service right after picking up my kids from daycare. The kids were hungry so ate a couple snacks that were available in the siting area. This employee who had an office close by was looking at my kids in a hostile/ complaining manner when they were eating the snacks... that really bothered me. More
