Excellent Service I contacted BMWof Sarasota about a used vehicle I had recently viewed on Cars,com. Tatiana returned my call promptly, and provided me additional info I contacted BMWof Sarasota about a used vehicle I had recently viewed on Cars,com. Tatiana returned my call promptly, and provided me additional information on the vehicle. Over the course of the next week, Tatiana and Lisa kept in contact with me, and answered any questions I had. Although I live 2.5 hours from Sarasota, they encouraged me to come visit the dealership earlier than planned, due to increasing interest from other buyers, I ultimately decided to make the trip a day early, and I am glad that I did. The vehicle was as advertised and Tatiana and Lisa were fantastic to work with. I would easily recommend both Tatiana and Lisa to any of my friends, as well as BMW of Sarasota. Overall a great experience. More

Great Experience at BMW of Sarasota My wife and I came to BMW of Sarasota to buy a pre-certified used BMW X3. We knew what we were interested in by looking at their website days earlier. My wife and I came to BMW of Sarasota to buy a pre-certified used BMW X3. We knew what we were interested in by looking at their website days earlier. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our salesman, Timothy Chestnut, was attentive and efficient in showing us the X3 models we were interested in. We decided to buy, and 3 hours later we were driving off the lot with the car financed, licensed, titled, cleaned, and a full tank of gas. The purchase of the Used BMW X3 was an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend BMW of Sarasota if you want to buy a used BMW. More
