Exceptional I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is not eligible in the US. I told him that the dealership had done this in prior years, but he refused to accept. I came back two days later for fog lamp replacement, and I mentioned to Maria about the experience and problem that I had. She voluntarily checked with the warranty manager and told me that they can still service it for free under the program. All done without a hassle. Outstanding! More
great experience Fernando from the Service department is a professional and serious service rep. I had the appointment at 11 AM for my 2019 BMW 750 o change the oil + Fernando from the Service department is a professional and serious service rep. I had the appointment at 11 AM for my 2019 BMW 750 o change the oil + an issue with my alarm. I got there late, at 1130 AM. Still Fernando took care of may car. The repair process took 24 hrs, I had to leave the car overnight, so they can perform tests and reset a faulty sensor, BMW Sarasota gave me a substitute car- a 2019 BMW X3. Next day, I was texted by Fernando, my car was repaired and ready ! :) I will go back there to service my car. More
Disappointed in Check In process Appt for 1030 for first service, arrived 1015, waited in car for 5 min then realized advisor process different than previous at Toyota. Got out of car Appt for 1030 for first service, arrived 1015, waited in car for 5 min then realized advisor process different than previous at Toyota. Got out of car and told to go to podium for check in, waited in line, no warm welcome, signed in, assigned advisor and was told to wait inside until he comes. So I couldn't leave it and had Lyft coming to take me to 11 appt. Advisor didn't come to check me in until 1040-1045 so had to reschedule 11 appt to anther day. Waited at service waiting room, crazy busy, lost chair multiple times. Appreciated soda and chips and hgtv. Thankfully car service done sooner than anticipated, was able to leave by 1210. More
