First Service New X5 Brought my new X5 for its first service and was told it does not come with the 3 year 36K miles service agreement. I ended up paying for the service. With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I li Found myself within a block of Sarasota BMW when I began losing all my antifreeze fluid. With the car temperature fast approaching the red line, I limped into the service bay and was promptly helped, even though I had no appointment. I was offered a car, told they would evaluate and call me back. They identified the problem, ordered parts and within two business days I picked up the car at the dealership. Great service, treated well and happy! My service advisor Derek was terrific, positive and very helpful. Thanks Sarasota BMW!!!!!! More
