Disturbing I had a 30,000 mile major service a few months ago, and then I saw the service light come on my dashboard. I brought it in and Service guy said it was I had a 30,000 mile major service a few months ago, and then I saw the service light come on my dashboard. I brought it in and Service guy said it was a need for changing the brake fluid ($160!). Not sure why this would not have been done during the major 30,000 service. More concerning was I was told I needed a new battery, for which I paid over $300! I find this disconcerting as when I was in for the 30,000 check up it said my battery was in the top category of "good." How it went from that, skipping "fair," and going to failing in such a short time is pretty amazing, and questionable. To add insult to injury, my car wasn't even washed after the service. More

And she did not seem all that bothered by the extremely long wait I endured when picking up my car. Your staff rarely smile or make the customer feel welcome. More

Tire sale Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Made the appointment before the expiration of the tire sale to take advantage of this. Did not notice that in VERY Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Made the appointment before the expiration of the tire sale to take advantage of this. Did not notice that in VERY tiny print I needed to show the coupon to get sale price. Contacted my service rep 2 days ago who promised to see her boss to get sale price. So far, no response. I bought two BMW's from this dealer and bring them there for service. I'm hoping to hear back from this dealer soon. More
