“Check engine Soon” Light and heating vent Awesome. Seth Rodgers was great as usual. I had the same issue with Check ebgine soon Light was deemed gas cap/ sensore/parts issue. 20,000 mile service I had a 20,000 service including an oil change and a change of the cabin filter as well as replacing a missing mud flap which I requested. I checked-i I had a 20,000 service including an oil change and a change of the cabin filter as well as replacing a missing mud flap which I requested. I checked-in at about 7:45 AM and exited at 10:45 AM. In my opinion the service takes way too long. The other owners I sat with also agreed that it takes too long. We do talk as we wait there. Upon cashing out, the cashier told me to go out the door head left, wait at the end of the drive and someone would drive the car up to me. I waited and watched other cars being driven up but not mine. I finally asked someone where was my car and he responded by asking who was my service rep. I said Seth. He came back to tell me that my car was on the side of the building. I said to him how am I supposed to know that? And just shook his head. I picked the car up myself. First class service! More
Dysfunctional check in Check in process sucks. Made appointment several days in advance. They lost my appointment even though they had called the day before to confirm it. Check in process sucks. When they could not find my appointment they had me park and sent me to the waiting room where I sat for a while. No one came for me so I finally had to get up, find someone and insist I be serviced. I eventually was assigned to Derek who did a decent job and promised to find out what happened to my appointment (he never did).. Service performed was okay. More
