Service director was a poor communicator. Repair took longer than a week. I had to call every day to get a status. Oil change and rear main seal replacement Service advisor, Lewis, was great. My appointment was at 9, took 30 minutes to see my service advisor. I have had this car to a dealership in Houston multiple times for a problem lowering and raising the top without any meaningful progress. Seth identified the issue just from my description and I have not had a problem since BMW of Sarasota made the appropriate repair.
