As I think back on "My car won't start", day, I didn't call AAA to come rescue me; I called Seth Rogers, my service advisor because I was confident he As I think back on "My car won't start", day, I didn't call AAA to come rescue me; I called Seth Rogers, my service advisor because I was confident he would know what I needed to do. And of course he did, and was able to get my X5 scheduled for a new battery within my already overscheduled week. Knowing I was running on a tight schedule, he arranged for another service advisor to get my paperwork started while he was with another customer.
