Nit Picking Car brought in to reinitialize the sun roof controller. This is done by briefly disconnecting the battery, but doing this requires resetting the prefe Car brought in to reinitialize the sun roof controller. This is done by briefly disconnecting the battery, but doing this requires resetting the preference setting in iDrive to re-enable Apple CarPlay. This was not done, so I had to do it myself. Not a serious problem, but I would have given 5 stars if the service department had caught this. More

From the moment I walked into the showroom on two occasions to driving out the lot with my pre-owned 2016 X3M, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful in rendering a decision. Jack, Johnny, and Chris are an asset to the dealership and I truly appreciated their patience especially when we took the vehicles on a test run. I was not familiar with the second generation X3 and they diligently showed me the mechanisms to operate the car. I look forward to doing more business with the dealership!!!! Thank you!!! More

I also want to thank Jon Pekar for helping me as well. My only disappointment is that I CANNOT USE MY ALLSTATE DRIVEWISE DEVICE on my new 530i. Last year I saved over $400 by using the Drivewise Device and it worked fine on my BMW 428i. If I knew that the device would not work, I might have gone with another car and not another BMW. Derek told me that I could use my phone and download an app for the Drivewise Device. However, it can't be done because it is not available in certain parts of Florida and I live in one of those parts. I wish that BMW would fix this problem so that I can use the device.
