Fantastic Service!! I really love BMW of Sarasota. The waiting area is awesome except very cold. I have always been treated with kindness. Eric Reeves treated me like I really love BMW of Sarasota. The waiting area is awesome except very cold. I have always been treated with kindness. Eric Reeves treated me like a gentleman should treat a lady. He was very compassionate about the recent passing of my Papa. Eric was very knowledgeable about the car we leased and explained in detail how to work the features of our new X1. He was also very polite and charged up my dead phone before I headed home. He was worried about me being without a phone charged while alone in my car. What great guy!! A few little mix ups on the numbers at the signing of all the papers. Hopefully it all got worked out in the end. I guess we have to wait and see about our second payment. Amazingly service oriented people! This is about a purchase made online! At first I thought it couldn’t be done you know buying a car without testing it and touching it. But.. I submitt This is about a purchase made online! At first I thought it couldn’t be done you know buying a car without testing it and touching it. But.. I submitted the form, a while later this very nice lady call me to see how she was able to assist me to achieve my goal of buying this vehicle for my daughter. I made al kind of requests and questions as you can imagine and she answer and provide all kind of options and ideas to make it work. When I got the car it was better than I expected, it felt like a new car but it was a preowned certified. Now I know what it means, feeling new with some miles on the odometer. Then the financial manager, OMG! poor guy I felt so bad! My daughter needed to sign the contract but she was in a different State so he told me he could send the contract to a nearby dealer for her to sign it at a later date so I could bring the car as a early surprise. Now comes the abuse, I was in a State with one our difference and my daughter was trapped in the hospital she was working and arrived home near 10:00 pm local time 11:00 pm his, and at this time from his home he took his time and with a smile all the time he directed us to an online page where she stamped her signature using her iPad and close de deal. Great Experience, Thank you Liza and thank you Jesus!! More
