Robert kept in close contact with us and was always looking for ways to make a deal. We weren't even interested in a BMW at first since we were also looking at the Porsche Panamera. However we were very impressed with the 740 series. Our current car is a Tesla, which we love, and previous cars include Mercedes and Jaguars. We were also impressed with Chad the BMW "genius" who was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Since this is our first BMW, we will be appraising the quality of the service department. There is absolutely no question that that the first three were all bench warmers compar In six yrs, I have had 4 service advisors at this dealership. There is absolutely no question that that the first three were all bench warmers compared to Munoz. He is the perfect person for this job: intelligent, personable, reliable, trustworthy, professional, etc. In short, I think if BMW could clone him, no other car company service centers could ever come close. Carlos does and says what he tells you he is going to do and that includes communication. Kudos to Kyle Taber are also due. He deftly defused a hot situation with a different service advisor and he gave me the great fortune of assigning my car to Carlos. I would also like to mention Duane (from NJ) whose last name I can't recall, but he made a very positive impression with his positive attitude and concern for the customer. Another individual deserving of high praise is Susan (last name unknown) who acted as ombudsman. Very professional and a delight to work with. More

Treated like a King! I actually bought a car unseen. I had called in and Abby was outstanding. She described perfectly. I drove up late that evening and the dealership sta I actually bought a car unseen. I had called in and Abby was outstanding. She described perfectly. I drove up late that evening and the dealership stayed open after hours to work around my schedule. The manager Sequioa was there as well. He was a import part of the process as he spoke one on one with me to make sure that I was comfortable in moving forward with the transaction. The catch to all of this is that I bought one of the least expensive cars at the dealership and I was treated as though I bought the most expensive. A tip of the hat to both Abby and Sequioa. If you get the chance to work with them it will be your pleasure. More

Not Up To Luxury Dealership Standards For a luxury car dealership, I found the operation to be underwhelming. Initially, driving the car in for my appointment, no one offered to check the For a luxury car dealership, I found the operation to be underwhelming. Initially, driving the car in for my appointment, no one offered to check the car in. After waiting for 20 minutes I had to find someone to check in the car. After that, I waited 45 minutes for a service advisor to process the paperwork so that the service could take place. I had expressed a concern at check in time. A service manager was brought in, who explained that the matter had to be referred to a BMW technical individual and that it would take a few days to receive a response. Well, it's two weeks later and no follow up. Very disappointing. Based upon my experience, I could not recommend this service operation for anything beyond warranty service. More

Mr. Munoz was uncompromisingly timely, diligent and professional in addressing our concerns regarding the repair and maintenance required for our BMW X-1, 2014. His explanations of the mechanical problems which needed addressing were expressed in a language which was clear and concise but yet polite, patient, and understanding. He was not once disappointing in his promise to follow-through on updating us regarding the status of our vehicle. He was there for us. He listened. He has our trust. I will be sure to request Mr. Carlos Munoz and BMW of Sarasota for assistance the next time our car requires efficient, complete, and safe repair and maintenance. More
