Someone will always greet me quickly and professionally. I will be back on the road and on schedule quickly with a loaner while they start solving the issue. " I realized th BMW of Sarasota will get the job done. I admit I was spoiled from my past BMW Dealer. At first I was thinking, "what's the deal here. " I realized they have to get to know you first. By the end of my visit I was very happy with my Service Advisor, Jessica Caycedo and the service my vehicle received. I also had an opportunity to chat with NayColle Wright while I was there. She's a Client Advisor and she did an outstanding job of acclimating me to the dealership. Thanks again for all the hard work!! More

All service people are very respectful- the waiting room is very comfortable. I had a 2 1/2 hr wait - so an Uber was called to take me home and pick me up when my care was finished . We've had BMW's for years but dreaded dealing with the Sarasota dealer due to multiple unpleasant experiences over 15 years or so. That changed last week when Tim met my 16 year old son and me as walk ins, helped find us a car that met both of our concerns and hopes and got us well in our budget without haggling or hassles.I told him our bottom line and he and his finance manager immediately got to their bottom line making this one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences I've ever had. We drove off feeling we'd been treated very well and with every possible detail they could handle completed as quickly and transparently as possible. More

First BMW Experience Bought a 2013 X3 at a non-BMW dealership, 3 days later it had a check engine light and transmission malfunction warning light on.
