Overall not happy I strongly advise anyone to do their research before buying from here. I visited this store and built the exact car I wanted. The sales rep found one I strongly advise anyone to do their research before buying from here. I visited this store and built the exact car I wanted. The sales rep found one for me in Alabama that was a better deal because it included their incentives. After waiting three days and them charging my card $3000, they still hadn’t locked in the car. I then took it upon myself to find the exact car but for $6000 less. Not only that but Sarasota Bmw tried to swindle me on shipment of the car fees and a bogus “didn’t change my oil” fee for my lease trade in, which I did and have proof. Now they won’t refund my $3k without me driving there (funny they charged it w/out me there). Bad experience all around. Just go online and find it yourself! More

They also reprogrammed my fob for Keyless Entry and Comfort Start. Carlos and Craig were extremely courteous, efficient and transparent. Like always a great experience at BMW of Sarasota. Later in the day I returned to the dealership to pick up my car and was met by Rich Liammari (Client Advisor) who educated me on a car that I had my eye on. Needless to say, I drove away with a new car however felt that I had received very fair trade in. Overall the service from the Client Advisor, Service Advisor, Finance Manager and Dealership Manager was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend BMW of Sarasota and will make a point to visit them again when I am in town. More

First BMW -- Great Experience throughtout the whole process. I just picked up a 2018 BMW M2 in Long Beach blue. Originally, I was undecided between the m240i and M2. I was on truecar website and requested I just picked up a 2018 BMW M2 in Long Beach blue. Originally, I was undecided between the m240i and M2. I was on truecar website and requested more information. I then received a call from Matt Schultz. Matt spoke to me for about 15 min giving me a run down of the M240i and the M2. That weekend, I went to see Matt and look at both cars. I was still undecided. Matt was very patient with me and answered of all my questions. I told him I would get back to him. Two weeks later, I went in to see Matt again and I placed my order for a Long beach blue M2. I had not seen the color in person so i was a little nervous. Knowing this Matt took pics and sent them to me of a long beach blue M2 that was at a BMW event. I had to wait a while for the car but during this time Matt always answered any of my questions and always kept me up to date on the status of the car. When the car finally arrived Matt immediately sent me pics. Throughout the whole process Matt went above and beyond. He provided excellent customer service. The sales director Emilio Torres provided excellent customer service and helped make the sale of the car go super smooth. When I went to pick up the car Emilio made sure to come over and say hello. When I picked up the car financial part was quick and easy. Humbert Cazaubon was great and provided excellent customer service. Before taking the car home, Jennifer Almeyda Soto showed my wife and I how to setup the technical side of the car. She helped us pair our phones and setup our car individual car settings. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you BMW of Sarasota!! More
