Carlos was very helpful getting our tire fixed and communicating throughout the process. My only complaint is the dealership did not have my tire in inventory - for a brand new 2020 X3 I would assume communicating throughout the process. He told me how long it was expected to take. He asked me if there were any issues with the car that he should be made aware if. He offered a complimentary car wash which I was expecting as standard procedure. I was surprised by the video that was sent to me showing the tires, suspension and engine bay of the car. That was a first. I received periodic text messages updating me and the car was finished within the time frame that was stated. More
