He helped me configure the car after showing me the vehicle on the lot that was most similar, so I could see what the color combinations would look like, the M sport package looked like, and the options I wanted. He communicated when there was a status update and shared relevant links, making the process smooth. He was very considerate of my time. He then handed me off to Shaun to complete the paperwork. Shaun Hagerman was efficient and congenial, and I was out of the dealership with my car in a shorter amount of time than I had budgeted. I will definitely recommend BMW of San Rafael to my friends and family, even though it's not the closest dealership to my zip code. More

I appreciated his not over delivering on the promise, but over delivering on the actual service!
