My first BMW, what a NIGHTMARE! BMW of Rockville was the most horrendous experience of my car purchasing life. The lack of professionalism, follow up, communication, and overall inte BMW of Rockville was the most horrendous experience of my car purchasing life. The lack of professionalism, follow up, communication, and overall integrity of Kurun Singh (Client Advisor) tarnished what I thought BMW stood for. I strongly recommend avoiding this individual at all cost. I was blindly under the impression I was dealing with a reputable company and professional individuals. Chris Dunkes (General Sales Manager) although professional will give you the impression he will go above and beyond the norm. however, follow up and lack of communication appears to be the culture of BMW of Rockville. Tom Husson (from what I gathered is Kurun Singh’s boss) tried to step in and assist, however his input was worthless. I discussed several features I was looking for in my BMW, and wanted the vehicle with specific features. Not only did I not get those features. Kurun Singh assured me those features were included in my purchase during the sale only to find out it was a lie. The Sirius XM and the Apple CarPlay according to Kurun Singh were included in the BMW I leased. After three failed attempts by Kurun to activate the Sirius XM and the Apple CarPlay, I found out from the Service Department my vehicle was not equipped with those features, and it will be an additional cost of about $1800 to install both features. After a month of chasing the individuals at BMW of Rockville, I am being told “ we are still trying”. I’m exhausted. At this point, I don’t trust and have no confidence in anyone at the BMW of Rockville to do the right thing. Believe it or not, this is my first BMW, what a NIGHTMARE! More
