Roxanne Roch is simply the best client advisor there and we don't go to anyone other than her. Her knowledge of the entire BMW product line is second to none and she has the unique talent of listening to her clients to make sure they get the BMW best suited to their needs. She never "promotes" any one model over another and will find the model, color and options you want even if it is not in their current inventory. I don't know what more you could ask for in a client advisor. Not only is she our client advisor, but she has become a good friend over the years. The sales/lease/delivery process is very streamlined and efficient and works best if you have done your research on the vehicle you are interested in. On the roof sat a 2 series in the exact same color configuration (blue body/black top) and extremely low mileage. Saw it at dusk on Saturday went home with it Sunday early afternoon. Best park was that Roxanne understand the emotional connection with the existing 1 series and helped me bridge the abyss to saying my goodbye to the old and beginning a new journey with the new.
