My Cars Engine Locked A Day After BMW Of Rockville Serviced This is the worst dealership at least in the state of Maryland. They charged me $3000 to service my car and a day later my cars engine locked in the m This is the worst dealership at least in the state of Maryland. They charged me $3000 to service my car and a day later my cars engine locked in the middle of the road almost causing an accident. They came and towed my car to check it and then they said I need a new engine and I need to pay $13555 to get it fixed. Be smart and stay away from this place if you want to be safe and protect your property. More

If you purchase your vehicle from BMW of Rockville, get all promises and guarantees is writing as the Sales Manager has strained relationship with the truth. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership bec all promises and guarantees is writing as the Sales Manager has strained relationship with the truth. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership because of the promises to honor the national BMW sales made by the sales manager, if I would wait until the vehicle was delivered to purchase it. Instead, the sales manager lied about honoring the advertised financing rates and charged me a full percentage point above the advertised rates in the closing papers. When confronted with the paperwork, he simply said it is too late to change it and started that BMW Corporate encouraged their dealers to charge customers more than the advertised financing rate. Really?? BMW Corporate advertises 2.99% APR and then tells their dealers not to honor that rate?? Really?? Suffice it till say I’ll never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. A word to the wise. Triple check all paperwork! More

brought car in for recall service...Was told i needed approximately $3,000.00 in repairs which proved to be a gross exaggeration. Other repair shop will do the minor work i need for a fraction of the bmw approximately $3,000.00 in repairs which proved to be a gross exaggeration. Recall work was allegedly performed .....in a timely manner...complimentary lyft was provided. Later contacted via text about my experience thought it was a service rep but turned out to be a salesperson trying to sell me a new car! More
