I will never recommend this dealership to anyone as a new customer. I was treated in the most despicable way imaginable for four months the dealership refused to do what it took to get my license plates. I c customer. I was treated in the most despicable way imaginable for four months the dealership refused to do what it took to get my license plates. I could not legally drive my vehicle that I purchased and the sales person did nothing to expedite the matter nor did the general manager. They were perfectly able to sleep at night while I was unable to drive my car. There was no care, remorse and no apology. It was only until I called the CEO and executives that they got off their butts. All of management in Rockville is completely incompetent!!! More

Working with Carlos was not a pleasant experience. He kept pushing for me to come into the showroom after I said I didn't want to do that during covid. It's unfortunate that the dealership spends so much kept pushing for me to come into the showroom after I said I didn't want to do that during covid. It's unfortunate that the dealership spends so much time and effort marketing their contactless options when a salesperson handling email/web inquiries doesn't follow-through properly.
