To get just brake fluid replaced I have to wait 3 hours, when I'm told it is going to be one hour to a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. If it is going to be that long, I should be given a loaner. I visited this location when I was in the Maryland area on April 22nd, 2023 to have my oil changed. They offered to wash my car and when they did there was several scratches put on my passenger door. They offered to buff them out, however I did explain to them that I was just visiting and was leaving out the next day. I asked if they could set something up for me at the Fayetteville, North Carolina Dealership Service manager said that is something that needed to be worked out with Scott Cascone or Matt Reid. I have called numerous of times and left messages each time and has yet to receive a call back which I fell is very unprofessional. So I am still waiting on a call back from someone so I can get the scratches buffed out of my car door. More
