Upon arriving at BMW, I was greeted immediately in the service department. I thought I was just going to be able to make an appointment but within minutes, Juan Carlos (J.C.) Rodriguez, came over and asked me about what needed to be done. Since my vehicle was maintained at that location by the previous owner, J.C. knew the maintenance that needed to be done and also checked into the tie rod repair I needed as well. He also made me aware of the oil change special which I really appreciated. The same day my maintenance was taken care of and I had an estimate for the tie rod repair. It was such a great experience. BMW of Rockville will be my where I take my vehicle from now on and where I will purchase my next BMW. Thanks J.C.! More

I was put in touch with this dealership via AutoNation’s website that buys cars (similar to Carmax). I was contacted by Dylan Strauss the Vehicle Acquisition Manager. Long story short, we agreed via email that he would give us 20k for our car, for which I sent him all the info and pictures (but subject to in person inspection of course). He wrote me that he would be in touch to schedule an appointment for a mutually agreeable date and time. That didn’t happen. So I contacted him again. His response was that now he couldn’t buy the car without a trade. Whoa! Where did come from? He knew that no trade was involved as I told him that! So I called him on the fact that he was now changing the deal unilaterally. So what does Mr. Strauss do? He ghosts me!!! Mr. Classy - not! Professional- definitely not!! Stay away! Not an honest dealership! More
