Professional and efficient. I got a flat tire which needed to be changed. I called and got the same day service. When I picked up the vehicle I found the oil change light was still on. I attempted to call the advisor a few times and left a voicemail. The check-in process was alright but what I found inconsistent was the pricing for the DEF top-off. One visit costs $100 and the next costs $220 because of a labor charge. More

Wonderful service and communication provided by BMW of Rockville, especially Omar, the service advisor whom eventually took over and handled my service issue. The issue needed to be reverted back to BMW Rockville, especially Omar, the service advisor whom eventually took over and handled my service issue.
