This was our worst car-buying experience ever. We found a used 2023 X3 M40i and came to a deal easily enough. It was a late-night closing that finished after 9. I don't recommend that since you ca We found a used 2023 X3 M40i and came to a deal easily enough. It was a late-night closing that finished after 9. I don't recommend that since you can't see everything. With the 5-day return policy, it wasn't a big deal. We brought financing, so that part was relatively quick. My wife noticed the alignment was off while driving the next day. The day after, the parking sensor went bad, setting off several dashboard alerts (a common warranty issue). We also noticed that the vehicle didn't have front seat lumbar support which was key. This was a pandemic vehicle and BMW just didn't put it in some features despite the main BMW website showing the M40i should have had that feature as one of the high-end models. The dealership dropped off a lesser-grade X3 loaner and took the car to "make things right." The dealership never shared a plan with actions and completion dates. They had passed us off 3 times to different "managers" with tons of excuses between each handoff and we ended up being assigned to lying Leny Gorine, the sales director. This guy tries to tell us this high-end model didn't normally come with the lumbar, then he backs out of that and claims supply chain issues. From research that I have done, his first claim is garbage. However, in 2023, BMW left many owners in the lurch without features they custom ordered. There are BMW owners out there who have gotten the parts and installed lumbar support for several hundred dollars which shows this isn't a forever problem, but one that BMW should make right. At ten days worth of delay I had enough. When I proposed the dealership install the lumbar on top of fixing the alignment and parking sensor, they immediately declined and reversed the deal. They were not interested in making that part right. They essentially held the vehicle hostage and then delayed any action until we gave up on our original expectations of a fully featured M40i. Once we had reached an impasse, they immediately reversed the credit card payment. However, they took 11 days to return the remaining cash that was wired to them. They sent a check, which was poor form since we wired the funds. They claimed 7-10 days for a return of funds and missed that too. Why a business can't return funds immediately is suspect since both of our electronic transactions cleared in one day. One more little white lie about funds verification, customer trust, and poor business processing. It's all about them when it comes to the money. Overall, this dealership has very slow customer service, poor communication, and won't stand behind its product. I'm disappointed in BMW since they claim the X3 M40i is a high-end product, but standard features are missing from this trim level. Other brands have these things and don't make excuses. If you buy from this dealership, make sure every detail is as expected because this dealership won't do anything that's not in writing to make you happy. More

Please be aware of this dealership. Just because it's says BMW doesn't mean they are ethical. They tried to double charge us on getting a replacement fob for our BMW. They are charging for service that is not needed when replacing a key fob AND THAT NO OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE DMV CHARGES WHEN REPLACING A KEYFOB. Since they a dealership that sells high end cars im sure they figured you as a customer can afford it and won't question additional charges. Do you homework before you purchase your car or get it service there. Don't get your hard earned money riped off. More
