Some people dread the experience of going to the dealer to purchase a new car, but that is only because they haven't met Willie. Right from the start I knew that he would be a straight forward guy. He dressed, acted, and spoke professionally to his customer without any hint of a sales advisor. It was almost as though I felt like I was talking to an old friend, one that I didn't have to play hardball with. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he laid my options out on the table. While other BMW dealers treated me as though I didn't know what I was talking about, Willie heard me out and did everything in his power to make it happen. He maintained integrity and honesty that is typically not synonymous with car dealers. He never sugarcoated, lied, or promised something that he could not deliver. I believe that everything happened like it was agreed upon in the end solely due to Willie's efforts to fight for the consumer. I would go back to him in a heartbeat to buy my next BMW, no matter where he goes. Thanks Willie! More
