I believe his name was Nate. He was courteous and professional. • I believe the elimination of the color coded team concept is a good idea. As luck would have it under the old system you could walk in behind 4 other “green” customers and be waiting for a while. Allowing the customer to speak to a particular advisor is a good compromise for customers with an established relationship with a service advisor. • Picking up my loaner vehicle was pleasant and uneventful. Having a BMW loaner is a nice touch. • I was contacted by Rockville BMW around 2:10 pm that my vehicle was ready. More

I just bought a 2009 650i convertible with 11k miles. I had an excellent experience with everyone I contacted at BMW of Rockville. Alberto (with 17 years experience) was very knowledgeable about the car, Kenny was helpful in assisting me in making choices re financing and coverage for extended warranty and wheels and tires (necessary in downtown DC with its potholes), and Elias was responsive to any questions I might have. This is my second purchase at this dealership. I had a good experience. I was able to get the car I wanted. The only option I didn't get was the black/red interior, and I'm okay with that because it seems good experience. I was able to get the car I wanted. All in all, I can't complain about any aspect of the purchase. Roxanne was responsive and able to obtain answers for all of my questions. I contrast this to my experience at Alexandria Audi, where the salesperson seemed uninterested in even looking for the car I wanted, in selling me anything else, or providing anything remotely resembling customer service. When my lease is up in 2015, I will probably be going back to Rockville to buy my next vehicle. More
The sole reason I came back to VOB BMW is because of Jay Forston, and his outstanding customer service. He sold me my previous BMW (X5) and I was truly upset when he had transfered to a different office in Forston, and his outstanding customer service. He sold me my previous BMW (X5) and I was truly upset when he had transfered to a different office in California. However, he came back to the Rockville area and was able to assist me in finding a new car. There are several sales people who have made me feel unwelcomed and unwanted, which is unfortunate because they are only missing out on a sale. With that being said, if it wasn't for Jay's graciousness and willingness to find me exactly what I was looking for, I would have never returned to BMW as a customer again. He has the patience of a saint, and his knowledge of his company's products is outstanding. I wanted to make sure that someone was aware of the excellent service he provides to all of his clients, and also, how he continually follows up with his clients. Because of Jay, I will remain a happy BMW of Rockville customer. Thank you for your time. More
