Roxanne Roch at BMW of Rockville (formerly VOB BMW) did an excellent job helping me purchase my first BMW. After doing months of research, she did an excellent job in answering my millions of questions. an excellent job helping me purchase my first BMW. If she wasn't, she could easily find someone who did know the answer (ie - warranty questions, etc.) I have visited a number of other dealerships in the Metro DC area, and have experienced a number of salesmen who came off as the stereotypical, "pushy" car salesmen. But, not Roxanne. She was very understanding and not pushy at all. Once I purchased the car, she made sure I understood exactly what each button did in my new car (and BMWs have alot of buttons!!) All in all, my first BMW purchasing experience was great and I couldn't have had a better client advisor to work with. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Rockville and Roxanne to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

Instead of recommending a new x5, Alberto recommended a used one with just 9000 miles on it. The negotiation was pretty painless (I am used to negotiating), he stayed late to deliver me the car the follow used one with just 9000 miles on it. I genuinely appreciate his patience, honesty, dedication, and professional efforts when selling me my car. I, as well as other people, may be wary of a car salesman, often with a good reason, but he helped me to redefine the stereotype. Arthur answered all my questions, showed me in writing everything I needed to know, and was always respectful. Wasn’t pushy, he let me buy the car on my terms. He was definitely dressed appropriately with his clothes ironed and smelling decent, it shows he cares about his job and loves to do what he does. This experience was pretty much ideal when it comes to buying a new car and it was all thanks to him.
