I spent a good amount of time with Roxanne and her colleagues over at the BMW Rockville dealership today. I went in with the intention of buying a used car and came out with a leased Silver Titanium X colleagues over at the BMW Rockville dealership today. I went in with the intention of buying a used car and came out with a leased Silver Titanium X5 Diesel car. The dealership was not pushy in any way, they simply made sure my needs and wants were met with the requests I made in regards to the important features that I wanted in my car. The attentiveness, level of knowledge, and experience that Roxanne has is just phenomenal. I also got to meet with the GM, Larry & some other BMW employees that were equally wonderful.
