This dealership's new name and ownership doesn't necessarily change their old habits. Strike#1: Went there to buy a new 335i Coupe. Because of their small and always filled parking lot, (with company cars no doubt), I parked next door (in the lot of a permanently closed store) in plain view of the sales team. Yet no one at the dealership said a word! Nowhere was there a simple small sign warning Rockville BMW customers not to park over there. Then they watched as my car was towed away and still they said nothing as I was busy working with my sales agent out of sight of what was going on. Thanks guys... $145.00 towing fee. Strike #2: Returned and test drove the new 2012 3 Series. My new agent promised to do a search for a specific model which progressed. We exchanged calls and e-mails, but then nothing. All future calls and e-mails went unanswered. A direct call to the sales switchboard placed me in his voice mailbox once again. Unfortunately no one there knew that he was fired several days earlier. No one there cared enough to review his voice mail box and/or follow-up with his clients he was working with! The car we were working on was sold to someone else. Strike #3: Called back a week later and spoke with yet another sales agent. I sent him the model and the configurations we were interested in. His initial search came up with just one car. I explained that a recent search I did on the Cars .com website had come up with more than a dozen cars in the region! He immediately grew upset with me, rude and agitated that I overrode his efforts... or something? So I kept my cool, asked him to repeat his search, which I'm sure he did, but my wife and I eventually decided not to give this troubled renamed dealership, that's obviously getting off on the wrong foot, our business. Three strikes and way too many bad Omens for us. We ended up over at Mercedes Benz, where we were treated with respect and the car we wanted... and plenty of onsite parking as well! More

I am certain that the longetivity and superlative condition of my 1992 BMW is the result of this team's quality care and expertise over these years. Mr. Yazdi was referred to me by one of my friends who had purchased a car from him few month's ago. I contacted Mr. Yazdi and expalined what kind of car I was looking for and told him I was not in a hurry purchased a car from him few month's ago. Mr. Yazdi is a true professional, he at least contacted me every ten days and notified me of new inventories and was extremely patient, informative and courteous. After looking for two months I purchased my car about three weeks ago and am very pleased with Mr. Yazdi's services and enjoy driving my new convertible! I believe his name was Nate. He was courteous and professional. • I believe the elimination of the color coded team concept is a good idea. As luck would have it under the old system you could walk in behind 4 other “green” customers and be waiting for a while. Allowing the customer to speak to a particular advisor is a good compromise for customers with an established relationship with a service advisor. • Picking up my loaner vehicle was pleasant and uneventful. Having a BMW loaner is a nice touch. • I was contacted by Rockville BMW around 2:10 pm that my vehicle was ready. More
