The sales staff and management do not take responsibility for dealership mistakes or issues raised by customers. They also seemed more concerned with nickle and diming DC customers over residential parking on the DC permits. I had to contact DC DMV my self and pay for a registration with parking for the zone I live in. This is after paying the dealership to do the same and being given the run around my the sales person who sold me the vehicle. His go to response was always that the problem was not his to deal with and I needed to speak to someone else. After paying 56K for the vehicle and paying the taxes, tags, registration and the dealership absurd fee for doing the paperwork that includes obtaining the registration and tags. Ripping customers off at $35 per adds up. More

He was honest, giving his opinion as it pertained to my requirements. Elliot never rushed me or made me feel as if I was being forced into a sale. He was professional, and extremely detailed oriented. It is quite obvious that he knows BMWs both inside and out. It is because of Elliot and the good price that I received that I would recommend BMW of Rockville to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. Although I live 1 hour away I would still make the trip to BMW of Rockville when looking for another car. More
Worst Service Experience Ever!!! I recently brought my Worst Service Experience Ever!!! I recently brought my X5 in for service. At the beginning of the service I specifically asked for them to look at Worst Service Experience Ever!!! I recently brought my X5 in for service. At the beginning of the service I specifically asked for them to look at the rear passenger tire and it was leaking air. When I was called to come and pick up the car I asked about the tire. I was told that it had been checked and there was nothing wrong with the tire. The Service Rep said maybe it was a loose valve. I drove away with the peace of mind that everything had been checked. However within a week I noticed that the tired was leaking. I brought it to another dealer who said there was a large nail in the tire clearly visible to the naked eye. I found it incredulous that BMW of Rockville had not been aware of it. That leads me one of two conclusions either the Service Rep lied about checking the tire or they have a low quality service department. Wanting to find out what the dealer would say. I went and asked to talk with the service manager and show him the nail pulled out from the tire. He said he would follow up and took details about my car. I got no response. I then wrote a complaint and received an email saying they would respond to me. I got no response so then I rang BMW of North America and they called the dealer requesting a call. That was two weeks ago and still no call. The bottom line is the BMW of Rockville Service department does not care. Stay away. BMW of Silver Spring are much better. I am surprised BMW allows this dealer to display their logo as they are a disgrace. More

Mr. Zamorano worked hard (and smart) to meet our very specific requirements for a new BMW. In one afternoon, he helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted and buy it at a competitive price. What really sets Mr. Zamorano apart is his customer focus. He succeeded with us because he was highly respectful, patient, and attentive to our needs. Our experience at the dealership was as efficient and pleasant as any new car purchase can be, largely due to Mr. Zamorano. We had called ahead about a specific vehicle in the dealer's inventory and when we arrived the vehicle had been pulled up to the curb, with Mr. Zamorano ready to give us a demonstration. We didn't like the color of that vehicle and Mr. Zamorano enthusiastically devoted over an hour searching the inventory to find a car meeting all of our specifications. At one point, he made several calls to research whether all season tires could be fitted onto the sport wheels of one vehicle we liked, and when we learned that this could not be done he forged ahead to identify other options. Once we found a car that met all of our needs, Mr. Zamorano was low key and respectful when we discussed pricing our trade-in and the new car. At no time did he resort to high-pressure or a sales pitch. He helped us work with the manager to arrive at a fair discount. Overall, I give BMW of Rockville very high marks for the new car sales experience. The showroom is very comfortable. They had more inventory than other local dealers, which was key to our finding a suitable vehicle. The price we paid was in line with KBB and other market information. And our sales rep was as good as it gets. More
