However while visiting the dealership many years back Mr. Inal assisted me in the purchase of my first new BMW. As the years have passed Bulent's honesty, professionalism, courtesy, understand of the customer, and his knowledge of BMW products in general have brought me to lease a hand full of vehicles from him. The mostly pleasurable experience was when Mr. Bulent Inal setup a European Delivery for me in Oct 2011. During this time Bulent went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that not only our experience at the dealership would be stellar but our experience in Europe as well. Bulent provided us excellent recommendations for our trip as well as kept in contact during our European Delivery trip to ensure our satisfaction and general experience with the vehicle. Absolutely terrible service in both service and sales departments. Sales staff have no idea what cars they have In inventory. Both sales and service techs act like they are doing me a favor speaking to m departments. Sales staff have no idea what cars they have In inventory. First and foremost this has been the second best car buying experience that I have had in purchasing a car. I say this in part because a year ago I purchased a 328xi from BMW of Rockville for my wife an buying experience that I have had in purchasing a car. I say this in part because a year ago I purchased a 328xi from BMW of Rockville for my wife and the sales consultant, Roxanne Roch was outstanding in her approach and understanding of what we wanted to purchase. She was very friendly but yet professional and made us feel at ease with whatever decision we would decided to make. That was my first experience and at that point I knew that when it was time for me to purchase a vehicle for myself, it would definitely be from BMW of Rockville. Well, today I had that wonderful experience again, Roxanne asked me what I wanted and we built the car in about ten minutes on the computer. Afterwards, we went on the lot and found that vehicle I was told that I could take the vehicle home then; however, I needed an extra day because I was pressed for time and Roxanne was fine with that. She did not pressure me into taking anymore time to hang around for paperwork or anything. Her words were "the car will be ready for pick up tomorrow when you return". She sent me a list of things via email that I needed to do before arriving and the rest is history. When I arrived the next day, the vehicle was sitting out front shining and clean as it had just arrived off of the assembly line. This speaks volumes of how much attention and time Roxanne put into the quality of service she provided me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a enjoyable car buying experience. Last but not least, the show room is topnotch with the most beautiful vehicles you will ever see parked in one room.
