I recently purchased a 2014 BMW X3 28i from Roxanne Roch as my Client Advisor and took possession at the BMW Performance Center in Greer, SC on January 29, 2014. Roxanne suggested this delivery option because she knew that it would be highly informative and useful in enjoying this vehicle. She also figured that I would enjoy the experience. I am so glad that she made this suggestion because she was correct on all counts. More than this, I put the vehicle specifications to bid with several local and remote dealers. Roxanne won my business because she wanted to earn it. I have a great deal of respect for those who are determined to work hard for my business. We built a trusting business relationship. I found Roxanne to be highly knowledgeable about the product-line and allowed her to guide my choice with the many packages, options, and exterior/interior choices. I'm not an easy customer. I'll do the research and need to be convinced. She carefully recommended a solid color combo and packages based on my overall preferences. She listened and guided. Pricing is always a difficult subject for me because I press hard for quality and value. She delivered. I highly recommend working with Roxanne. She demonstrated time and again that she'll go the distance in earning your business. If you listen to her suggestions and do your homework, you'll arrive at a fair deal. Roxanne Roch is an outstanding and exceptional Client Advisor. I now look forward to working with Jeffrie Doss as my Service Advisor. I met Jeffrie on February 1, 2014 and immediately got the sense of his in-depth knowledge of the BMW product-line and press for quality customer care, including the best time to detail the vehicle given weather conditions. This was hands down the best buying experience I have had for a new car ever. Roxanne explained everything clearly and followed up on every single question (and we had lots). This is my 4th BMW and my 3Rd visit to that dealership. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. Roxanne is definitely top notch! I have a knowledgable sales rep (Roxanne Roch) who informed/advised /guided me on my purchase with absolutely no pressure regarding decisions and choices I made. I experienced reasonable pleasant negotiations re: final cost, and trade-in value. Ms Roch found the exact car I wanted so I didn't have to wait 8 weeks for it to come from Germany. Financing was smoothe. Received my wonderful car very quickly, and I am a happy customer (Family now has 3 BMWs, two bought from Ms. Roch) More
Avoid. My experience was terrible at BMW Rockville. 2 months ago we ordered a BMW from this dealership. At the time the sales person was Alexander and we agreed upon a price with the general sales mana months ago we ordered a BMW from this dealership. At the time the sales person was Alexander and we agreed upon a price with the general sales manager Nicholas. When they took the deposit I sent the credit card via text message to the sales person. I stated if you are going to authorize $1000 you agree on 585 a month and he replied with yes. The card was charged $1000. Everything seemed good to go and we were just waiting for the car to arrive (new model). 2 months after ordering the car (yesterday) I call to check the status, I find out Alexander the original sales person is no longer working at the dealership anymore. I call Nicholas (the general sales manager) and I ask if what we agreed upon when we ordered the car did not change and his word at the time were "do not worry the deal is good to go and you have a new sales person". I spoke with the new sales person and he also confirmed the deal is good to go once the car gets to the dealership. We got rid of our current car based on the fact that we had a deal with this dealership (so we were without a car). The car arrived yesterday, so I go to the dealership to make sure everything is ready to go and this is when everything goes down the hill. Nicholas the general sales manager comes to the desk and says the payment is 639 a month when we agreed on 585 when we ordered the car! He gave a bunch of "reasons" on why it's 639 when we agreed on 585 two months ago. He claimed it's because of "additional fees". Even though it was not what we agreed upon, I was okay with the new fees but I requested to take a look at the details. When he showed me the details, we calculated it together and it came out to be at $598, not $639!!! So then he claimed it's because of the credit score despite agreeing on the terms 2 months ago. At this point I started to feel like he was trying to get more money by taking advantage of the the fact that we were without a car and that we like this specific model, and his reasons were obviously not legitimate. He was backing off the deal, so I have to admit I started to become disrespectful (put yourself in my position, how do you expect me to be polite when you're simply lying). He even tried to make me feel like he is doing me a favor buy not charging a processing fee of $400 like how dealerships do in Virginia. Well it's the law in Maryland you can not charge more than $200.00. It's the LAW so he is not doing me a favor (ridiculous). So then despite all that, I told him okay fine if you claim it's the credit then we can switch it to another family member's credit, he rudely responded that it doesn't matter and that the payment will still be as it is and that we can get our money back if we don't want the car (after waiting for the car for 2 months). At this point I decided I don't want the car anymore and I found a much better deal without going through a struggle like I did with this man. Nicholas (General sales manager) did not honor the agreement we had, he kept saying he never discussed the payment when I numerous times spoke to him about it (my mistake for not recording the conversation). The salesman was nice, however, Nicholas is not a man of his word. He is a liar! Caught him lie multiple times! He could have told us all that during the 2 months we waited for the car!!! (I guess he expected us to be okay with the fact that he raised the payment from $585 to $639!). Yes I was disrespectful at the end, but again, how can you blame me after all he did? He is a very sneaky person. He wasted my whole day in addition to the fact that he backed off the deal after waiting for 2 months for the car to arrive from Germany. He is a person who likes to take advantage of people's situations. I will report him to BMW of North America and BMW in Germany. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through with this person. Awful experience. More

Each one of them was pleasant, easy to work with, knowledgable, attentive, sincere, and caring. All discounts that I was eligible for were applied promptly and then some! The process went swiftly, and communication with me on status and scheduling were excellent throughout the process, from the initial visit to ordering and then final delivery of my new vehicle. I was also particularly pleased with the time taken by both Roxanne and Ken to explain things and to answer as many questions as I asked them. For anyone in the market, I would highly recommend each one of them and BMW of Rockville overall. More

I did a lot of research before I selected the X3, but Roxanne and all of the folks at Rockville BMW exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate recommending Rockville BMW to my friends...and I would suggest they ask for Roxanne. More
