I am recovering from back surgery at the same time my car was due in for service. Recuperation from the surgery meant that I was unable to drive my automobile. Zaheer Rangwalla, my customer advisor, went was due in for service. Recuperation from the surgery meant that I was unable to drive my automobile. Zaheer Rangwalla, my customer advisor, went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to my house, picking up the car and driving it to the service center. He will return it when the service is completed. I have arranged the exact service required with my service manager Beaver Ho, who is very attentive to my health and service issues. BMW of Rockville and its service center deserve an outstanding rating for meeting my unusual customer need for help given my temporary disability. More

My salesperson was Roxanne Roch and she was the most knowledgable person I have ever worked with when purchasing a new car. Very friendly and not pushy in trying to make a sale. She put up with me for 3 months, as I had to wait to get a settlement from an estate, which I though was going to take a few weeks, which turned into months, and she was patient with me through it all. She listened very carefully to what options and features were important to me and made very informed recommendations in selecting my X3. She never tried to talk me out of anything or in to anything. She was truly an advisor, much more that just a sales representative. Her knowledge of the BMW product line was second to none. I give my highest recommendation to Roxanne and BMW of Rockville. Both BMW of Rockville and BMW USA have done everything possible to make sure I know everything there is to know about my new X3 and its operation and performance. I met Roxanne Roch when my husband bought his BMW 328i and I thought she was really efficient and friendly to customers. I can tell she really cares to give the best service because I came back within a y and I thought she was really efficient and friendly to customers. She did all she could to make me happy in finding the car I wanted and was very efficient in speeding up the sale process, since I was on a time crunch to get this car before moving out of state. The BMW Collision Center of Rockville (BMWCCR)--apparently affiliated with VOB of Rockville--was the worst repair shop I have ever encountered. You may think that BMW associated companie (BMWCCR)--apparently affiliated with VOB of Rockville--was the worst repair shop I have ever encountered. You may think that BMW associated companies provide at least a modicum of quality service, then you have never been involved with BMWCCR. Not only did they take more than a month to repair a simple dent, but they constantly told me that the car would be done "for certain" on a particular day, only to tell me differently late on the day I was supposed to pick the car up. I don't know if they are really as incompetent as they seem, or if they simply take pride in jerking buyers of expensive cars around. On one occasion I was on hold, hearing a prerecored statement about how they give great service, for over 25 minutes (with them coming back on the phone every 10 minutes as a teaser). Fortunately, I could place the phone on speaker and continue to get work done at law firm that I work at. If you are so stupid as to take your car to them, they you deserve the bad service that you will certainly get. More

I am so glad that she made this suggestion because she was correct on all counts. More than this, I put the vehicle specifications to bid with several local and remote dealers. Roxanne won my business because she wanted to earn it. I have a great deal of respect for those who are determined to work hard for my business. We built a trusting business relationship. I found Roxanne to be highly knowledgeable about the product-line and allowed her to guide my choice with the many packages, options, and exterior/interior choices. I'm not an easy customer. I'll do the research and need to be convinced. She carefully recommended a solid color combo and packages based on my overall preferences. She listened and guided. Pricing is always a difficult subject for me because I press hard for quality and value. She delivered. I highly recommend working with Roxanne. She demonstrated time and again that she'll go the distance in earning your business. If you listen to her suggestions and do your homework, you'll arrive at a fair deal. Roxanne Roch is an outstanding and exceptional Client Advisor. I now look forward to working with Jeffrie Doss as my Service Advisor. I met Jeffrie on February 1, 2014 and immediately got the sense of his in-depth knowledge of the BMW product-line and press for quality customer care, including the best time to detail the vehicle given weather conditions.
