We have visited most of the BMW dealers near the northern Virginia area, BMW of Fairfax, Sterling, Alexandria, Passport BMW, and lastly Rockville. The service we received at BMW of Rockville is exceptional, as oppose to the very arrogant and rude GSM we encountered at Passport BMW, very sharp contrast. Highly recommend Mr. Brandon Kim, he is friendly, patient, makes good recommendations, and most important straightforward. Being a past BMW owner, I have dealt with many other BMW sales person, he is simply the BEST. The overall experience with Brandon was really enjoyable, we made the agreement on the first visit. Looking back, I really regret not going to BMW of Rockville when I purchased my 328 back in 2008. We received our custom order X5 4 weeks later since there is a very high demand for the car and none of the dealers has any extra in stock, very beautiful! One Advice: Go to BMW of Rockville and ask for Brandon Kim, you will not regret. More

He is the most friendly, likeable sales person I have ever met--he makes the normally tedious, stressful task of purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. He was always very patient and pleasant no matter how many questions I asked, and I'm sure I asked some questions more than once! I can't say enough about his pleasant personality and great attitude. Keep up the good work, Brandon! The finance guy who processed my paperwork was also very nice and friendly, I might add.
