Very BADDD experience in selling my car to Elias Costianes. BMW Rockview is a very good BMW dealer shop if you want to purchase a car or do regular maintenance service. When I was living in MD during 2011-13, t BMW Rockview is a very good BMW dealer shop if you want to purchase a car or do regular maintenance service. When I was living in MD during 2011-13, this was the place I got maintenance for my 328, and i had been very satisfied with their services. In mid 2013, I was going to relocate back to CA, so I planned to sell my car. And because I want to sell it quick and don't want all the hassle that usually come along with selling a car to third- party dealers, so I choose to sell back to BMW dealership. Based on my previous overall very good experience, I didn't think twice before taking it to BMW Rockview. Elias Costianes was the one deal with my case. What makes me disappointed was that after we have reached an agreed price and I left my car in the shop and took the flight the next day back to California and waiting for the check, after about 10 days he told me the market as dropped significantly so that he can no longer honor the deal. I felt like I was completely fooled by a lier. I insisted the original offer, and then comes about a month of frustrated negotiation through emails and phones. And during the whole process, Elias is very unfriendly and unprofessional. It's like your car is in his hands in MD and you have gone back to CA, you have to take whatever he offered. At last, I was totally offenced and decided to have my friend in MD to take back my car. Just don't want to deal with a lier anymore. And that's when Elias Costianes said he would buy the car at the original offer... I felt I was fooled again. What is the point of waste a loyal customer so much time in the beginning? Does it worth sacrificing the whole branch's reputation to play this little trick to take advantage of customers who just want to get a fair offer of the car?? Probably will relocate back to MD in the future, probably will still choose BMW Rockview for maintenance and other services, but will never choose to sell a car to any dealers in this branch again! More

The service we received at BMW of Rockville is exceptional, as oppose to the very arrogant and rude GSM we encountered at Passport BMW, very sharp contrast. Highly recommend Mr. Brandon Kim, he is friendly, patient, makes good recommendations, and most important straightforward. Being a past BMW owner, I have dealt with many other BMW sales person, he is simply the BEST. The overall experience with Brandon was really enjoyable, we made the agreement on the first visit. Looking back, I really regret not going to BMW of Rockville when I purchased my 328 back in 2008. We received our custom order X5 4 weeks later since there is a very high demand for the car and none of the dealers has any extra in stock, very beautiful! He is the most friendly, likeable sales person I have ever met--he makes the normally tedious, stressful task of purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. He was always very patient and pleasant no matter how many questions I asked, and I'm sure I asked some questions more than once! I can't say enough about his pleasant personality and great attitude.
