I always wanted a BMW but was scared of the rumors regarding Service and Mechanical issues . Caprice eased my fears and showed me countless reason why BMW was the best brand for me and my family . She was very warm, friendly , attentive, knowledgable, she made me feel like I was at home and she brought a lot of excitement to the deal. She eased all my fears about the car buying experience. I was greeted with a hug and a smile . My family and I love her to death and she will be our BMW Sales person forever. If anyone wants a BMW and not sure if its the right car for you. Or is coming from a different Brand such as my self she will definitely show you why BMW is the only brand you will ever want in life. Our homework had already been done so I knew what I wanted to buy. Therefore, my interest was focused on working with friendly, knowledgable people and getting to a "deal." I visited two other dealership before going to this dealer. Both places however wanted to play the "car buying" game, that I find distasteful. BMW of Rockville was very different. Roxanne and the owner treated us with respect and we agreed on terms immediately. While I waited for delivery of my new X5, Roxanne also kept me apprised of the delivery status. Even after driving away with my beautiful new X5 two months ago, I continue to receive helpful information from Roxanne. More

I was fortunate to become the proud owner a 2013 M3 recently after working with Brandon Kim, my sales adviser. He was very reliable and professional as well as very likeable. I actually drove across state lines to come in person after discussions over the phone. Everything was as he reported, and he also had sent me additional pictures since I was coming from far away. In any case, he made the paper-work a breeze. Afterwards, I purchased additional extended warranty coverage with the advise of Saleem Itani, another very friendly and intelligent representative at the office. I must say that they were regular folks without that salesman pressure. This is the second vehicle I am buying from BMW Rockville from out of state. I would recommend you to check with these guys first, they are very friendly and they will offer you a discount that is hard to resist. More

I was very happy with her answers, professionalism and all around work. She is very upbeat with a can do attitude. Their is nothing I asked, that she did not confidently answer and put my suspicions with dealerships to an ease. I drove up from Florida, on my way back to NJ, test drove, then purchased the CPO BMW X3. The car was exceptional. This dealership is amazing. What a great experience and the car inventory is unbelievable. I would certainly purchase from them again, but more importantly from Caprice. She was a joy and gave me all the confidence that I got a good price without her commission check shrinking too much !!! If I had to complain on anything, paperwork process did take a little bit of time. But in all fairness, my surprise visit and going back to the hotel before going to finance didn't give them the proper heads up. An all around excellent experience and I love my car. Thanks Caprice Foster for all of your help !!! More
