I had 5 months left on my Mercedes SLK250 and needed a larger car. I had always wanted to try a BMW and new 428i hardtop convertible seemed like a perfect choice. However, I was daunted by the fact of trading in one car brand for a new one and especially a leased vehicle. Brandon was the "can-do" kid! He not only explained everything but worked dilligently to get me the vehicle of my choice at an amazaing price with great lease terms!! If you think you can't move into a new vehicle because of an existing lease, call Brandon. Everyone at Rockville BMW was so professional. I love my new BMW!!!! More
Buying a Bimmer for Elderly Parents with Limited Driving I'm writing this review for my parents, who were assisted by Roxanne Roch and Mike Zheng in the lease of a 2014 BMW X3 a month ago. Like most people, I'm writing this review for my parents, who were assisted by Roxanne Roch and Mike Zheng in the lease of a 2014 BMW X3 a month ago. Like most people, I dread the topic of car buying, and even more when the dealer knows that s/he has a committed customer who is very interested in the car. We already had a strong inclination that we'd be leasing a BMW based on a friend, and were just interested in comparing the X1 and X3 trims for elderly customers who needed a safe, reliable SUV for their daily errands. Roxanne was the utmost professional and totally took care of my parents like they were hers, understanding their every need, not upselling, and making sure that they'd be comfortable with a car and service plans that would fit their remaining driving years. I was impressed by her professionalism and the care and concern she had with their driving inhibitions and with what they could afford. Mike brought the price down to a ballpark of what they could afford (a little more would have greatly helped!), and was the most courteous of managers in making sure that no one walked with away without displaying the BMW logo!! James helped arrange the lease and didn't pressure them in the frills that were not needed by limited drivers. Just a professional and encouraging experience, and something that BMW North America should be proud of. As an owner of a rival German brand with servicing thereof, I can say that I'd visit Roxanne any time I'd be interested in switching over to the Dark Side of the Autobahn, and I know that she would take care of me with a smile. Loved working with her, and I know that she'll be taking care of my parents for the years to come. Highly recommended and look for her first. Alex from Singapore!! More

My sales advisor, Brandon Kim, was knowledgeable and treated me extremely well. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure that I was happy and felt like a valued customer. I cannot recommend Brandon or the dealership enough. If you are in the market for a BMW no other dealership or sales advisor even comes close. More

Avoid them at all costs! I came here for the first time Saturday 6/28/14 for a simple oil change (which ended up costing $225). Service Manager Scott Cascone was no help denying any wrong doing by them but thanks for offering a quote to have them refinished. Ridiculous! More

I had a beloved 1999 528IT with only 120,000 miles that I had for 14 years. When it came to give up on it, I went to the sales department. Marty Krist was assigned to me. I shared my experience and what I was interested in. He expertly discussed a variety of options with the BMW fleet (new and used), we test drove a few of the vehicles and narrowed my choices - an X3, the wagon diesel, and even some sedans. We worked through several options. The price was higher than I could manage. Nicholas Popovici, the assistant GM, stepped in. He asked "what is the problem?" in a calm and calming way. We talked for a few minutes, he went to look up "something on the computer" and when he came back I told him Marty had shown me the exact car I was interested in. He walked me to it, looked it over and indicated he would do his best. We decided to talk again. I returned to the dealership on Monday. Marty showed me to my two options, we worked out a price on both and I test drove them. The X3 won and I bought the car. Nicholas and Marty are the reason why. More
