Triple charged for one alignment I had an alignment done. When I drove off the lot, the alignment was noticeably off. I returned after just one commute to work. They found a problem, which they fixed, then charged me for a THIRD alignment. Total cost to get an alignment: about $585 More

Roxanne was friendly, informative, responsive, and completely without any sales pressure. I got a great out-the-door quote from her via e-mail, and no one tried to change a thing from the quote. We had to order the car from Germany because we have a weird set of preferences as far as options, and she was great in letting us know where in the process the car was. When it did arrive, she spent a lot of time showing us around the new car and explaining how to operate every feature on it. The other folks we encountered at BMW Rockville were also friendly and low-pressure. I had wondered how it would work being Virginia residents and buying a car in Maryland, but it was not a problem at all. They (unlike some other MD dealers) keep VA plates on hand and have the authority to issue title and license plates right there, so that the buyer has no need to visit the DMV. I never thought I would say that buying a new car from a dealer was fun--but it actually was. When the fear of being pressured or deceived is taken away, what's left is a mutual enthusiasm for cars and excitement about the new purchase. More
