She identified a vehicle that had all of the features I wanted and in the right color. I was pretty picky about the car that I was looking for, after doing quite a bit of research. The price was fair, the trip was fairly quick for purchasing a car. It is worth noting that this time, we had worked out most of the details beforehand (while I was deployed). I can't complain. I prefer working with this dealership and salesperson over others in the area. I had a negative experience with another area Audi dealership a few years back, and haven't looked back since. 3 trips, three fair deals for vehicles I enjoyed (will enjoy). More

I was informed of all sales discount and was provided with options to price match, from other BMW dealers. My assigned sales advisor, DuBois Kelly, was friendly, courteous, enthusiastic, and knowledgable about my vehicle of interest. From the test drive to determining the price he was helpful, thoughtful, discrete, sharing, insightful, and genuinely concerned that I was thoroughly INFORMED to make the best decision for myself. DuBois did not perform customer service acts to earn a sale, instead he behaved and reacted with tact, civility, respect, and overall great human decency! In addition, James Wang, in finance was very knowledgable about all the products and he was able to give real life examples to make greater connections for me. James was very transparent with the numbers as it pertained to my budget. The financial consultation with James was very individualized, exploratory and supportive. I did not feel like the next "check number". My overall shopping and purchasing experience was EXCELLENT ! This dealership has a new repeat buyer! More

Karen Cruz is far the Best of dealer sales person I have so far met (I have visited tens of dealerships in France and US and got many financial offers). She has been recommended to by Stefano who praises her rare quality. It is not surprising that Stefano drove from Boston and I from New York to get our cars and are both very satisfied. Everything was so smooth, transparent, professional... it was a hassles deal; for the first time I got impression the dealer is just proposing me the fair price and a winning deal for both parties. I review my deal details and it was far what I could get. My delivery experience was beyond my expectation. It was just stunning and unforgettable ultimum customer experience. Karen took a time to explain me all the options and term, and call me back few days to make sure everything was going well and confirm her availability anytime. I wait before writing this review to make sure it is fair, after few weeks and double after checking my deal financial details and Karen advice for all services and options, I just realized how Karen's advice was so intelligent, wise and accurate for each single detail and option of the SUV.
