Pick another BMW service center if you can A month ago I called the Manager Kevin Topolski at the dealership to setup an appointment for the repair of my 7 series . After leaving two messages, A month ago I called the Manager Kevin Topolski at the dealership to setup an appointment for the repair of my 7 series . After leaving two messages, I never got a call back. Today I needed to get a blown tire replaced. Their GM, Lance Mitchell told me it will take less than 90 minutes to replace the tire and it will not be worth getting a loaner. The tire replacement took over 2.5 hours. After about 1.5 hours, I asked how much longer do I need to wait. I was told they are working on the car and never answered the question of how much longer I need to wait. This dealership's service has always been poor. For example, the day I purchased the car the check engine light came-on with 60 miles on the car. I called the dealer, they said I must have not tightened the fuel cap. Presuming I did something wrong, what reason would I have to fill fuel in a car that was delivered to me with a full tank. When I took my car there, the service representative asked me to wait. He claimed they will need to just reset the light and check the fuel cap. About an hour later, no one provided me an update. When I went looking for the representative, I found he had left for the day. He left for the day, while leaving me hanging in the waiting room. They finally found that the fuel gasket was blown and needed to keep the car for repairs. Since that first day, every time I take my car there, the experience has been far from good. There was one time they changed the battery stating the car needed a higher rating battery. The next time they said the battery never needed to be changed to a higher rating. They are never able to replicate the problems I encounter, so I started to record the issues and send the videos to the dealer to prove the issues were real. In summary, I feel this dealership is not only incompetent, but not trust worthy. More

Not only did they get us an amazing vehicle - the new i8, but they made the whole process very enjoyable. Roxanne goes the extra mile, taking pictures of the happy owners with their new vehicle with a giant red bow and checking in post purchase to see how we like the vehicle and if she can help in any way. Secondly, she cares and shows her concerns, about the customer being satisfied with the services that are being surrendered from her at "BMW Of Rockville. Her initial interview reflected words of integrity and trustworthiness. My first encounters with Roxanne was in 2012. After our interview, she said to me "Earl I've got just the vehicle for you, I'll be right back" She returned with a silver and black 535 XI, the rest is history, I had to pull off the lot with that vehicle and she made it happened. On 02/11/15 I received a courtesy call from Roxanne concerning the "BMW Promotions" I mention to her that I was looking for an upgrade, to a BMW 550 XI Drive we scheduled the appointment for 02/18/15, I am loving my new 2015, jet black all wheel drive 550 XI drive. I have just one more thing to say" If Roxanne can't do it, nobody can!! More

A once dreaded experience made very pleasant - CAR buying. My father and I had the pleasure of choosing BMW of Rockville to trade in his leased BMW as his lease was coming to an end and finding a new lease. We were greeted by Dubois Kelly and I have to say he made the experience of purchasing/leasing a vehicle extremely easy, painless and actually enjoyable. He was well informed and answered all of our questions as well as provided helpful information before asked. We initially did not look forward to the process of having to change out his lease but I must say that we left with a smile on our face and feeling as though we were very well taken care of. Product Genius BMW of Rockville has a service which is offered after you purchase a car, called "Product Genius," in which you return to the dealership and have a kn BMW of Rockville has a service which is offered after you purchase a car, called "Product Genius," in which you return to the dealership and have a knowledgeable person who will explain and teach you how to use all of the features of your car. Given the complexity of cars today, with all of their computers and electronics, this is very much needed an appreciated. This morning I worked with Danny Goldin, who patiently reviewed many of the car's features I was having trouble using and understanding. He is knowledgeable and a very good communicator, and I came away understanding a lot more about my car and its capabilities, such as its navigation program and its different drive systems. More
