I have been trying to upgrade my old 99 Corolla for a year or so. BMW of Alexandria and BMW of Fairfax never took me seriously, driving up in a beater with sandals and tshirt never seemed to get the respect I think i deserve. Why do I need to wear a button down on a Saturday to pay 5 figures to replace a working vehicle? Well all of that changed when i met Marshall Douglas and the rest of the team at BMW Rockville. They were amazing from the beginning to the end. Marshall treated with me respect and showed me all the options, including showing a couple different cars in the back lot. I would recommend Rockville to anyone interested in buying a BMW, and wants to be treated with respect. It was entirely an enjoyable experience and I will drive all the way back to Rockville to buy my M4 from Marshall 5 years from now. More
