Great Experience I enjoy buying a car about as much as I do a root canal. Actually, I think I might prefer the root canal. That being said my sales associate, Roxanne Roch was awesome/amazing and she is like the novocaine in the tooth that just makes it so much better. Dare I say I enjoyed the process? Yes and coming from me, that is something. I would highly suggest Roxanne to anyone who is looking for their next car... or root canal but I am pretty sure she's a better sales associate then dentist! More

After experiencing many issues with our first vehicle, I made an impromptu visit to the showroom during my service appointment to discuss my options. I truly value people who are honest, fair, realistic and understanding; and Roxanne was just that! She understood our situation and need and found the best options for us to consider. In the end, we were able to transition out of our 2007 X5 and into a 2015' 428i Gran Coupe with lots of bells and whistles that same day. Suvin handled the purchase of one of my dream cars a 2015 BMW 428i Hardtop Convertible (astor blue)..... Suvin's sales techniques go beyond belief in my opinion...He exhibited a level of professionalism that gives him an "edge" in this profession. This is a rarity in today's market. I looked all over the country for this color car, I had OK pricing from other dealerships but Suvin handled himself in such a way, from the very first introduction over the phone to the end of the sale, with his no-pressure and honest sales techniques that he sealed the deal with ease. Most importantly he kept his word and gave me a deal that was unbeatable. He follows up, as well as responds quickly to any questions I may have. I could go into much more detail in regards to the experience from beginning to end, but that would take more than one page. I am new to owning a BMW and I absolutely love it so far!!!
